Please read every section of the contract completly.
Deposits and Payments:
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 (US) is required to secure your party date. Your party date is not officially secured until the deposit is received. No party date's will be held without a deposit. The deposit can be made on our website. Go to Posh Parties, then select party reservations. The remaining balance of the is due THREE weeks prior to the party date. No exceptions. No payments will be accepted on the day of the party. I accept major credit cards via my web site, money orders, and cashier checks, made payable to Gaggles N Giggles LLC. If the party balance is not received THREE weeks prior to the party date, we reserve the right to cancel your event.

NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds):
There is a $35 bank fee for any check that is returned to me with NON SUFFICIENT FUNDS. If your check causes my bank to bounce checks I have written you will be charged the $35 per check fee.

RSVP Policy:
You will be charged for the amount of invitations sent. If you require more than 8 invitation's there will be an additional charge of $3.00. Changes to the number of guest MUST be finalized two weeks prior to the event date. We will NOT accommodate any last minute changes.

Minimum/ Maximum Attendance:
Our parties are designed and priced for 8 guest's (including the birthday child). If you would like to invite more than 8 guests the additional child fee is $15.00. The maximum number of party guest is 12. If you have less than eight guest attending your party, you will be charged according to the final head count that was given. If you have guest show up that were not on your final head count, we will do our best to include them but we cannot guarantee that they will receive favors, craft, or any other party items.

Rush Policy:
If you are requesting a party less than 4 weeks before the party date, we will require a rush fee. The rush fee is $50.00.

Invitations:
Invitation have a two week turn around time from the date of your consultation. During holiday's invitation turn around times might change. You will be notified in advance of any changes. A first proof will be e-mailed to you a week after your consultation. After the proof has been approved the invitations will be sent to the printer. If you approve a proof and need information changed after the invitations have been printed a $4.00 per invitation charge will apply.

* If would like to rush your invitation order a charge of $20.00 will apply.

* If you a booking a party a your party date is 4 weeks away or less we can e-mail you an invitation to e-mail to your party guest.

Pre-Party Consultations:
Pre-Party Consultation's will be scheduled when all forms are completed( booking form & contract). The consultation will last approximately 30 minutes. Consultation are conducted over the phone.

Cancellations and Refunds:
If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies: I will not refund your deposit or party balance. If you need to reschedule for any other reason, I will gladly offer you the next date available. I you would like new invitation's printed we will gladly print them for you at cost. If any bakery items have been ordered no refund's will be given. We will try to have them rescheduled.

*If you have to cancel due to inclement weather, we must have 24 hour notice. The next available party date will also be offered.

Special Diets:
Should any of your party guests have food allergies, we will try our best to be accommodating. However, if they have severe food allergies we recommend that you or their parent provide an alternate treat for that child.

Liability for Damage:
We strictly provide entertainment. We are not caretaker/babysitters. Please be aware that children, less than 3 years of age especially need to be supervised. We will treat your home with the utmost care. However we cannot be responsible for any accidental damage that is caused by the party or the party guest.

Costume:
All costumes are made to wear over a child’s clothing; however, leotard and/or swimsuits are our recommendation. You will be responsible for any damage that occurs to the costumes. Costumes fit girls sizes 2-8.

Photography:
Gaggles N Giggles LLC reserves the right to use photography taken at your event in any promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Gaggles N Giggles LLC, in perpetuity, and for other use by Gaggles N Giggles LLC. Signature below constitutes your agreement that you will make no monetary or other claim against Gaggles N Giggles, LLC for the use of photographs taken of your child (or children).

Disclaimer:
We do not offer characters from television. We only have professional theatrical costumes. It is not our intention to violate any copyright laws. We are an event planning company. We do not offer professional salon or spa services.

Guest Arriving & Departure Time:
We suggest that the birthday girl and guests arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the party start time. The party start’s and ends at the scheduled time. Extended-hours parties can be accommodated if arrangements are made in advance. I appreciated your consideration and understanding.

Travel Fee:
A travel fee may apply to your event based upon the distance from zip code 21153 or 17402. We only travel 30 miles outside of these zip-code's. Please feel free to use map quest to calculate the distance.

Party Time:
Our Party packages are 2 hours.

G&G Arrival/Departure:
We will arrive 2 hours before the scheduled party time to set up. Please make sure that the areas that we are hosting the party in are completely clear prior to our arrival. Party host are not required to move or lift any furniture. Our break down time usually takes about 1 hour. Please make sure that you have the necessary cleaning supplies available for the party host to use durning clean up.

Event Décor:
Each Gaggles N Giggles Party is unique. Exact décor, party favors and costumes are subject to change slightly based upon the product availability. Some event locations may not accommodate all products. Any major changes will be communicated to you in advance.

Appropriate Party Ages:
Spa, Rock Star, and, Sleepover (Ages 6 -12)

Princess Tea, Fairy Tea, Mermaid Tea, Pirate's, Pinkalicious (Ages 4 -7).
